THJSL History
Posted Apr 13, 2013

The Tualatin HIlls Junior Soccer League (THJSL) includes six separate recreational member clubs. Games are played primarily throughout the Beaverton, HIllsboro areas. Beginning in the fall 2013 games may be expanded to the Tualatin Sherwood districts.

Founded over twenty years ago, the purpose of the league is to teach, govern and promote the game of soccer for youth players in the Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District and/or the Beaverton School District #48.

The leagues primary role is to operate a soccer league as a joint activity of its member recreational clubs.  Competitive ("Classic") clubs may be members of the league for the purpose of coordination.

The league seeks to promote sportsmanship, a sense of fair play within the framework of a team sport and to develop an interest and knowledge of the game of soccer.

This website is intended to be a resource for parties involved with THJSL to provide information about the current and upcoming seasons. To help you find other useful soccer sites, serve as a storehouse for THJSL documents, and help you find contact information.

The site will supply information to help improve communication among members, players, coaches, parents and referees.
